Rocinha Two-Piece
All sizes are based on any adjustable tops or bottoms in the smallest position. This gives not only freedom and adjustability of that piece, but also may allow someone who is normally accustomed to purchasing a different size top and bottom, not to have to do so. Individual cases may vary.
Our size Small officially starts at a size 8, but we have found that women who wear sizes 0–8 often enjoy the fit and feel of this size. That said, the best fit can vary based on your body shape and the style of suit.
If you typically wear a size 4 or smaller, we recommend our bikinis not our one-pieces. These styles feature our TrueFit System, offering maximum adjustability for a custom, comfortable fit. For one-pieces, fit may differ—our Sao Conrado style has extra material in the front, while the Ipanema provides fuller coverage in the back which may be too much material on smaller sizes.
We have also seen women up to size 18 comfortably wear some of our bikinis, thanks to the TrueFit System included in each size. For sizes 16 and up, we suggest choosing bikini styles with TrueFit adjustments on both the top and bottom for the most flexible and flattering fit.
There is only a one centimeter difference between our sizes so suits may appear small in our packaging but our special blend allows for maximum comfort and stretch while maintaining superior strength. Trust us, don’t be shy, you will look amazing

Our swimsuit material is a special blend of 90% polyamide and 10% Lycra.
Our material is purchased through a manufacturer that adheres to the coveted OEKO Tex Standard 100- which means our material is tested against a list of over 1,000 harmful substances. Remember, Malvada is a movement for women to feel confident and strong, your skin is no exception.
The OEKO certification applies to our swimsuit body material only. Any external pieces such as metals, plastics, rubbers etc. may not comply.
At Malvada Swimwear, we take quality control seriously—from the raw materials we select to every step of production and storage. To help your swimsuit perform and look its best for longer, please follow these care guidelines:
- Avoid ironing: Ironing can damage the fabric.
- Wash gently: Use cold water with a neutral soap, washing one piece at a time.
- Rinse after use: Clean your swimsuit after each use to remove salt, chlorine, and sweat.
- Hand wash only: Hand wash and hang dry; avoid using a washing machine or dryer.
- Dry in the shade: Direct sunlight can fade colors and weaken fabric.
- Handle with care: Do not soak or wring your swimsuit.
- Be cautious with chemicals: Keep it away from creams, lotions, oils, and other chemicals that may harm the fabric.
- Store properly: Never store wet garments in plastic bags.
Remember, elements like sun, sand, chlorine, sweat, lotions, and moisturizers can all compromise the fabric and colors. Taking proper care ensures your swimsuit retains its quality and durability over time.

The Rocinha two piece is Malvada's size inclusive take on the bikini. We restructured the traditional design of a bikini to compliment the body of a curvy woman without limiting style or being too skimpy and uncomfortable. Our TrueFit system on this triangle top allows for a streamline fit that stays in place. The bottom gives you 3 points of adjustments on the hips for a customizable fit. The coverage of this bikini is the perfect mix of sexy while remaining classy and comfortable. Unlike most suits of this color, these colors will not run and get on your white cover ups under most normal conditions.
Why did we name this the Rocinha Classic Bikini?
Named after Rio's largest neighborhoods, our Rocinha design in striking pink and black captures the bold spirit and unapologetic authenticity of this iconic community. The vivid pink against black represents the vibrant energy and stark contrasts found in Rocinha, creating a statement piece for women who embrace their true selves without compromise.
Fit Tip:
Our premium fabric performs at its best when properly stretched across your curves. A suit that's too big won't provide optimal coverage, as the material doesn't have the opportunity to stretch and conform to your body. Do not size down, but keep this in mind when selecting your perfect fit. The ideal Malvada suit should feel secure against your skin, allowing the specially engineered fabric to work its magic by embracing your natural shape.
Store credit will be given for any item that a return request has been submitted within 7 days of receipt of product. Swimsuits must still have hygienic liner in place and all products must be in original packaging, damage free and with all labels and seals showing no signs of use.
